About this course

Your wealth is an amānah. Few of us were taught how to manage it. Most of us earn, save and invest by what we hear around us. The rulings on wealth sit in one place and the financial products sit in another, and the two rarely meet. So a question like "is this fund halal?" or "do I owe Zakat on this?" gets answered by guesswork. This course puts them together. Dr. Mufti Muhammad Akhlaq teaches wealth management from the Qur'an, the Sunnah and Hanafi fiqh, then tests every ruling against the options actually open to you in Pakistan today. Those include Islamic bank accounts, mutual funds, Government Ijārah sukuk, Shariah-compliant shares, VPS pensions, gold, REITs and Takaful. Case studies are worked in rupees. It is for working professionals, salaried employees and anyone who wants to protect and grow their savings without riba. No finance background is needed. Classes are in Urdu with English slides, and every Qur'an, hadith and fiqh text is shown in Arabic with translation.

How you'll learn

Wealth Management in Islam is a live, one month course that follows your money through four stages: how it is earned, how it is held, how it is spent and how it grows. Each stage starts from the text and the ruling, then turns to practice, with real figures and real products.

  1. 01

    Earn it lawfully

Tell halal income from haram: riba, gharar, gambling, bribery, fraud and "double-your-money" schemes.

  2. 02

    Hold it rightly

Learn the conditions for holding wealth and calculate your own Zakat on what you own.

  3. 03

    Spend it well

Plan a monthly budget on Shariah principles: priorities set, extravagance and debt avoided, charity and a wasiyyah included.

  4. 04

    Grow it halal

Compare Pakistan's Shariah-compliant options by returns, risk, costs and structure, through worked case studies in rupees.
